-I am a heterosexual female

-Yeah

What is your current relationship status?
-In short, on Facebook, I put, “It’s Complicated…”

What sort of people do you like, as far as what their interests are in life?
-I like people that really don’t fit very well into mainstream society…they seem kind of shy, and they are ussually reserved and quiet just because they don’t think or act like “normal” people. I find that these people are actually rather ambitious or pretty intellectual.

What physical traits do you look for in a potential interest?
-I kind of look for someone who looks like they spend time being outdoors as well as a bit of a couch potato, mainly, because I like to be active, but every now and then I just want to lay on the couch.

What kind of fashion-sense attracts you?
-Just something that says they like nature or are naturalists. The type of clothing that looks like it has had it’s fair share of adventure.

What kind of hair style do you find attractive on a potential mate?
I like longer hair. I’m not asking for hair down to their butt, I just like something with length!

What is the usual age range you look at?
-For now, I have to say 4 years or less…next year (when I turn 18) it won’t be that much of a big deal. (My parents are almost 10 years apart for crying out loud!)

What traits turn you off?
I dislike ignorant, intolerant and selfish men.

Do you prefer to date various people or do you pretty much fall into monogamous relationships quickly?
-I don’t see the point in wasting my time and energy with someone who it really won’t last with…so if I find someone I usually try to make sure it would be worth our while.

Are you afraid to ask people out on dates?
-Yeah.

What are the positive points about being single?
-Not having to answer to anyone and always having that idea that, “Oh, he might be out there!!!”

What are the negative points about being single?
-Not having that someone who cares as much as a boyfriend would, and not being able to be really close to someone (both physically and emotionally)

When single, do you often find yourself longing for companionship?
-Yeah, occasionally.

Do you think it's better to look for love or let it find you?
-What I did was that I stopped looking for it and stumbled upon it at a library!!

Do you think couples should spend a very large amount of time together or space things out a tad?
-I think spacing things out a tad is better, mainly because you don’t want to lose that “new” feeling and you don’t want to get sick of each other because you didn’t give each other “me” time.

Have you ever found yourself worrying about commitment?
-Yeah, actually I have.

When involved with a person, do you try to think about the here and now or do you often think of the future?
-When I talk to him I am in the here and now, usually. When I don’t I am always in the future.

How do you prefer to handle disagreements?
-I try not to make it a big deal…especially when it is not really worth getting to upset about.

How do you feel when your mate is mad at you and won't tell you why?
-Actually I think I have been mad at him more than he has at me, but when I do think he is mad I feel really bad, and I wish I hadn’t said what I said.

Have you ever confessed your feelings to a crush?
-Twice, the first I would rather not talk about. The second went a lot smoother.

Do you tell a lot of people when you have a crush?
-Not anymore…I only tell one person and that is my BFF. Last time I told my “group” about a guy I liked it got really out of control and he was so out of my league!!

Has someone who had a crush on you ever confessed to you?
-I don’t think anyone has…and if they do it’s probably because I told him I liked him first.

How do you feel about long-distance relationships?
-They kind of suck…

Have you ever pined for someone when you're not around them?
-When you are in a long distance relationship what else is there?

How big of an issue is religion to your compatibility?
-Pretty big. I don’t necessarily like Religion, it can get pretty messed up. I prefer spiritual people who don’t really get so into details, they just want to believe in being good, balanced people. But I don’t treat people differently unless they try to treat me differently.

How big of an issue to you is your mate's ethnicity?
-None at all.

In a potential mate, how important is intelligence to you? .
-VERY!!! And I am not really talking text book smarts (that is impressive to) but I seem to like people who can see through the bullshit of society and question every little thing that “just is.” Atheists for instance, constantly question our society about why religion is such a big deal in so much of our daily lives.

In a potential mate, how important is a sense of humor to you?
-VERY, you have to be able to take a joke.

What makes your heart flutter and brings a big cheesy smile to your face?
-When someone even mentions that they think I am a special person…like saying they would choose me over a hot Scandinavian Model.

-I find beauty in the entire human form…

What's the first thing you look at when you look at someone you're attracted to?
-Their face/eyes?

How important are the looks of a mate's face to you?
-Somewhat…I tend to like the look of an unshaven face.

-Somewhat, I don’t look for ripped six packs, but I don’t like HUGE guts that make them look kind of pregnant XD!!

-I like to, yes!

Do you believe in love at first sight?
-No, not really. I believe in “attracted to” or “Crush” at first site, but some people just get lucky!

Has someone ever told you they loved you?
-Not those three words all by themselves…so technically, no.

Have you ever told someone you loved them and meant it?
-Not yet, and I think it is too early for me to say that. (I like to take things slowly and surely)
